With 14+ years of experience in the tech industry, Tessa is currently an Engineering Director at Google. She leads the teams that build core shopping experiences on Google Search and identify opportunities to apply new technology to help users with their needs. Tessa is passionate about providing equal opportunities to STEM educations and internet access to underrepresented groups and women; She served on the board for ISOC Bay Area which push for internet access everywhere and led multiple initiatives that promote STEM education in K-12.
