Taiwan Trade Centers are branch offices of the Taiwan External Trade Development Council(TAITRA), develop and optimize worldwide business opportunities. TAITRA is Founded in 1970 and is Taiwan's foremost nonprofit trade promoting organization. Sponsored by the government and industry organizations, TAITRA assists enterprises to expand their global reach. Headquartered in Taipei, TAITRA has a team of 1,300 specialists and operates 5 local offices as well as 60 branches worldwide. Together with Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) and Taiwan Trade Center (TTC), TAITRA has formed a global network dedicated to promoting world trade.

台灣貿易中心為中華民國對外貿易發展協會(簡稱外貿協會或貿協)於全球設立之推廣貿易據點，外貿協會是臺灣最重要的貿易推廣機構，係由經濟部結合民間工商團體成立之公益性財團法人，以協助業者拓展對外貿易為設立宗旨。目前，貿協擁有1,300多位海內外專業經貿人員，除臺北總部外，設有桃園、新竹、臺中、臺南及高雄等5個國內辦事處、遍佈全球60個以上海外據點，及超過300個簽有合作協議之國際貿易推廣姐妹機構，形成完整的貿易服務網，提供零時差、無國界的即時服務，持續與廠商共同追求台灣經濟的穩健發展，是業者拓展貿易的最佳夥伴。
