Product Manager Lead / Meta

I am a Product Manager Lead at Meta, where I oversee Core Compute and data warehousing, focusing on real-time analytics and interactive platforms like Presto and Spark.

My role involves managing a robust infrastructure that processes over 70 million Presto queries daily and supports more than 100 engineers. I am also responsible for developing a real-time analytics platform that delivers high-quality, fresh insights for content creators on Instagram and Facebook, as well as for businesses using Ads, processing 450 billion queries each day for external analytics customers.

I am also leading the creation of a next-generation streaming process service, ensuring fresh data is available in the right format and location for all Facebook applications and data stores.

Before joining Meta, I worked at Amazon, where I focused on enhancing Alexa experiences beyond voice interactions. I leveraged advanced machine learning, natural language understanding, and big data technologies to tailor the shopping experience on Amazon’s app and website. My work involved running usability studies, analyzing customer feedback, and conducting A/B experiments to refine the shopping experience, now becomes Amazon’s LLM based AI agent Rufus.

Before Amazon, I was working in Japan as a chemical materials engineer and business development manager.
