Known as "Chang Chung-mou of Taiwan's biotechnology industry". Before that, he served as vice president of Merck (Merck) pharmaceutical company; General Electric (GE) engineering manager. Currently director of Quanxin New Drug, founder/vice chairman of National Resilience, Inc., founder/chairman of Yushibo Biotechnology Co., Ltd., director of Taishan Investment Management Consulting Company, chairman of British Archigen Biotech, biotechnology consultant of the Executive Yuan Committee member and specially appointed expert, independent director of PharmaEssentia, director of Polaris Pharmaceuticals, director of Codexis, director of Amyris, director of Antheia and founding director of Sana Biotechnology Company in the United States.
