Nina Tseng

Former Head of Marketing Analytics;
Career & Life Coach

Nina is an experienced Marketing Analytics leader who has 13 years in marketing decision science, martech and digital media. Building on top of her passion in community and talent building as a mentor and a people manager, she is also a Career & Life Coach who empowers 1st-Gen Asian American to pursue a fulfilling and purpose-aligned career and life. She also shares career development tips on “Wayfinding with Nina” on Threads. 

Nina is on the Board of Supervisors of Taiwan Data Science Association, and is the co-founder of Taiwanese Data Science Meetup facebook group that is dedicated to promoting best practices and connecting professionals of data science across the globe. She holds a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Advertising from National Chengchi University in Taiwan.

曾怡寧是一位經驗豐富的行銷資料分析領導者，她在美國的13年職涯跨越不同領域包括行銷資料科學、行銷科技與數位媒體。建立於她對人才培訓的熱情基礎上，她目前也擔任Career & Life Coach，協助亞洲移民營造一個充滿意義與符合人生宗旨的職涯與生活，並在 Threads上經營 Wayfinding with Nina，分享美國職涯發展與求職的經驗與建議。

曾怡寧目前擔任台灣資料科學協會監事，也是台灣資料社學社群的共同創辦人。她畢業於美國西北大學整合行銷碩士、台灣政治大學廣告學士。
