Director of engineering / Pinterest

Mindy is currently the Director of Engineering at Pinterest, where she leads the development of the merchants product. With over 15 years of experience in engineering, she has focused on consumer-facing product and technologies, shaping the way users interact with digital products. Prior to Pinterest, Mindy served as the Director of Engineering for eCommerce products at Houzz, in expansion of her US teams, she helped build Houzz’s offshore engineering team in Taiwan from the ground up in 2020.


Mindy 現為 Pinterest 的工程總監，負責商家目錄與廣告產品的開發。擁有超過15年的工程經驗，她專注於面向消費者的技術，致力於提升用戶與數位產品的互動。在加入 Pinterest 之前，Mindy 曾擔任 Houzz 的電商產品工程總監，並協助Houzz從零打造台灣海外工程團隊。
