Michelle Kiang Is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Impact Science Ventures. Prior to Impact Science Ventures, she was a Venture Partner at Industrial Technology Investment Corporation focusing on early-stage deep tech investments. Before turning to venture capital, she was a three-time founder and CEO or CMO of hard tech startups with successful exits, serving a broad range of verticals spanning consumer, communications, industrial, and supply chain management. Michelle was an executive in Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for large public companies in the semiconductor and communication industries. Dr. Kiang earned her Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with minors in physics and material sciences from UC Berkeley, and her B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University.

江夢熊博士 Michelle 是矽谷連續創業家和投資家，畢業於台大電機系、並於 UC Berkeley 取得博士學位，目前是 Impact Science Ventures 創辦人暨管理合夥人。

江夢熊博士曾創辦三家高科技硬體公司Chirp Microsystems、PINC Solutions、Onix Microsystems，皆成功出場。Michelle 也曾經擔任過日本 TDK 集團和矽谷美光集團的高階主管，對於高科技硬體產業的技術面，有著深入的了解外，也有豐富的併購經驗，專為科技公司訂定進入新市場和業務增長時的戰略和執行計劃。
