Senior Machine Learning Engineer / ByteDance

Hans Wang serves as the Vice President of the Coalition for the Global Alliance for Taiwan Technology and Diplomacy (GATTD). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Science, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI), both from National Taiwan University (NTU). Hans led a pioneering initiative to train large AI models within a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), facilitating cross-team collaboration that established potentially new benchmarks in AI security and privacy. He also founded a working group to develop standards for end-to-end trusted communication submitted to Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), further cementing AI security and privacy. Passionate about bridging AI values between Taiwan and the US, Hans is interested to explore opportunities to influence the future of AI technology and the AI economy, thereby enhancing Taiwan's global standing. As an active of the North America Taiwanese Engineering & Science Association (NATEA), he chaired the 2023 NATEA/IEEE-organized New Frontiers in Computing Technology (NFIC).

王詩翰擔任全球台灣技術與外交聯盟（GATTD）的副總裁。他畢業於國立台灣大學（NTU），擁有電機工程學士學位及專攻人工智慧（AI）的電腦科學碩士學位。他曾經領負責機密計算創新的計畫，在受信執行環境（TEE）中訓練大型AI模型，協調跨團隊協作，實踐了AI安全和隱私的全新可能性。他還創立了一個工作小組，開發了端到端可信通訊標準提交給網際網路工程任務組（IETF），進一步加固AI安全和隱私。他熱衷於促進台灣與美國之間AI價值的連結，希望探索影響AI技術和AI經濟未來的機會，從而提升台灣的國際地位。作為北美台灣工程與科學協會（NATEA）的活躍成員，他在2023年主持了由NATEA/IEEE組織的計算技術新前線（NFIC）會議。
